Fair use
Fair use and abuse prevention
Last updated 16 August 2026
Duty is free for many core needs, but a few principles keep the service stable and fair for everyone.
Use the service properly
You may not use Duty to store illegal content, falsify documents, violate others' rights, or harm the system.
Free-plan limits
The free plan is intended for smaller needs. When usage exceeds limits, such as more than 5 employees or advanced features, Duty may require an upgrade.
Restricted behavior
Do not automate scraping, bulk-copy data, resell accounts, bypass usage limits, exploit bugs, or interfere with other users' experience.
What happens if limits are exceeded
We usually start with a notice and a chance to correct the situation. If usage keeps breaking these rules, we may restrict features, rate-limit the account, or suspend it. Serious abuse, such as fraud, attacks on the service, or illegal content, can lead to immediate suspension.
If you think we got it wrong
If your account is restricted and you believe it was a mistake, reply to the notice or write to mail@. We will look at it again and explain the outcome.
Report issues
If you find abuse, a security issue, or violating content, send details to mail@ so the Duty team can review it.
